Pariahs and Favorites in East Central Europe

Western tariffs continue to cripple East Central Europeanrneconomies. Henry Kissinger and Zbigniew Brzezinski keep remindingrnus that, at present, NATO protects those Europeanrnborders which need no protection rather than those whichrnneed protection.
