I was paying child support in Massachusetts, one day I received a letter from the department of revenue child support letting me know I was $46 thousand behind in support. I tried calling for months, the line was never answered. I sent one letter after another telling them they were wrong. I even drove to the building, which turned out to be a closed school building surrounded by a fence with barbed wire in Cambridge. This went on for months. Finally after more than a year later, I got another letter letting me know I was $19 behind. I paid child support for 21 years, I paid my child’s tuition and kept paying when she wanted to stay in school for a higher degree. To this day I never was told what happened, nor got an apology. For months I waited to see my picture posted on line as a dead beat. I could give other examples of local, state government abuse because the beurocrats hide behind the leviathan. They just love to shrug their shoulders and say “that’s life”.

The only acceptable purpose of government is to execute justice, biblically, ” not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil.” It only exists to reward good works and punish the evil doer. But now we have a legal system based on the false idea of toxic masculinity, which judges every man guilty of any crime by virtue of being male. The court system makes money off of destroying families. Until recently they forced the nation to allow abortion on demand which enriched a whole set of hangers-on.

Reform is the preferred approach. Still at what point must we abolish the evil institutions who have become the evil doer themselves? If we wait too long the nation destroys itself. We must get back to living out natural law and demanding a respect for natural rights.

An extremely well articulated assessment of what lays ahead for all family court litigants.

The unfortunate if not clear plan to eliminate or severely restrict dads relationship with their children couldn’t be more apparent.

Mr. Ellis has written what should be compelled reading for anyone going through divorce or contemplating marriage.

Social Services took our 2 children, both high school teenagers, popular straight A students, and multi sport athletes all based on a woman’s made up accusations because I refused her. Social Services demanded that my wife leave me or she would lose our kids. She refused and instead held fast to me. It helped that we had raised very strong, God fearing children who could handle any situation by their faith. 27 months of limbo, no law binding procedures followed, judges colluding with social services lawyers, everyone at social services lied, and costing us over $600k, it could have taken its toll on us. We got our 17 year old daughter back due to a judge angry at social services for not following the obvious script they all were following in the courtroom. We ‘lost’ our 16 year old straight A four sport athlete hard working son because social services got their act together and followed the script. Though he evaluated so well and was considered an unusually strong and well adjusted young man who was being “well parented” that insurance refused to pay for his court ordered counseling, the entire family court system buckled down and threatened a therapist to say our son was “severely mentally disturbed” because he didn’t show any symptoms of mental disorders. He also was “addicted to caffeine” because he admitted that he liked the taste of Dr Pepper when he saw the therapist drinking one. But the judge rule in favor of Social Services not because Social Services lied about our family, but they took our son because their lawyer didn’t receive a document when she asked for it. Women unhinged from men who love murdering their own babies run everything and are ruining everything they touch, particularly marriages and children. Thankfully my wife stayed firmly hinged to me. Because of our strong marriage, it may look like we lost, yet we won because our family is even stronger having gone through this. God did that for us. And vengeance is His. Those who did this to us are already experiencing the weight of a Holy God.
